What is the return and exchange policy?

You can return or exchange the product within 14 days without giving any reason. Deliverycosts has to be paid by costomer.

How long does delivery take?

You will receive your order within 3-7 business days from the purchase date. (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products depends on the start of sales.)

How can I track my package?

When the order ships, you will receive an email from us with tracking information. Please be a little patient. The package status will be updated approximately 48 hours after the tracking number is available. This may be delayed due to weekends and public holidays. If there is no tracking information 96 hours after your order (taking into account non-working days), please let us know. The shipping company will always contact you by telephone to arrange delivery.

How to use the discount code?

When a promotion is available on our website, a corresponding code will be displayed under the product page. You must click to copy the code from the coupon icon and paste the code into the discount code box at check out where it will be automatically deducted before you process the payment. 

How do I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change your order while it’s still in processing status.

Once the status has changed to fulfilled or shipped, the order can not be canceled nor changed.
